Our Return Policy

We want you to love your kit! If something's not right, we've got you covered.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Easy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Sale items are final sale — no exceptions, sorry!

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at team@kits-and-giggles.madethis.app
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
3. We'll reply with next steps and a return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different kit instead? We're happy to exchange! Exchanges are available as long as the kit you want is in stock. Just mention it in your return email and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Oops — that's on us! If your kit arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we'll cover return shipping and make it right ASAP. Email us at team@kits-and-giggles.madethis.app with your order number and a photo and we'll get it sorted.
